Task 1 of 2
Build a PivotTable: the sum of sales by rep, with the result in F1.

A PivotTable pulls totals out of a long log in seconds: the sum by rep, the average by city, the count by product.
- click inside the data table and click PivotTable;
- Rows is the field to group by, Values is what to calculate, and Operation is sum, average, count… (in Excel it is called Summarize Values By);
- choose the cell where the result should go.
The "Grand Total" row is added automatically.
