Remove Duplicates keeps each row only once. You need it after an export in which a customer was recorded twice. Select the table together with its header and click Remove Duplicates.
Text to Columns splits one cell into several at a delimiter: "Emma Johnson, Seattle" → "Emma Johnson" | "Seattle". Select the column with the text, click the button and choose the "Comma" delimiter. The result goes into this column and the ones next to it.
