NETWORKDAYS counts Monday to Friday; for a different weekend pattern Google Sheets offers NETWORKDAYS.INTL.

Syntax (same in Google Sheets)

Holidays go in as a range of dates.

For a fuller explanation of the arguments and common errors, see the NETWORKDAYS Excel guide.
